California Privacy Notice

This California Privacy Notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies solely to California residents. It is provided under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (CPRA) and implementing regulations issued by the California Privacy Protection Agency.

How to Exercise Your Rights

California residents can submit a verifiable consumer request by emailing privacy@c0nn3ct.com with the subject line California Privacy Request, or by using the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link in the footer. We will verify your request using information associated with your account and respond within 45 days as required by law. You may designate an authorized agent in writing to submit a request on your behalf.

Global Privacy Control

We honor browser-based opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC) as an opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising for the browser from which the signal is sent.

Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this notice and our Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Shine the Light

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for direct marketing. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
